My name is Al Lee, I’m English and have been a Tottenham Hotspur fan since the day I walked into a pub in 2008 and watched Spurs beat Chelsea to lift the League Cup.
I understood that, clearly, bragging rights are important to fans but it is not always obvious which rival clubs have been the most successful over the decades and centuries. So, for the more nerdy amongst us, I conceived the ARL Football Club Rankings in 2020 to prove which of Europe’s Men’s football clubs are the most successful and by precisely how much. In other words, this ranking system quantifies fans’ bragging rights.
